What is somatic coaching?
Somatic coaching helps you reconnect with yourself and feel alive again by working with your body's wisdom. Through gentle practices like breathwork, movement, and body awareness, you can explore what you're feeling, release tension you've been carrying, and remember who you are beneath the overwhelm. Your body holds information that your mind alone can't access - this work helps you listen to that wisdom.
Somatic coaching focuses on building your capacity for resilience, body awareness, and conscious choice. Through guided practices, you'll learn to understand what your nervous system is communicating, develop skills for staying grounded during challenging times, and practice responding from your centre rather than reacting automatically.
