What is somatic coaching?

Somatic coaching helps you reconnect with yourself and feel alive again by working with your body's wisdom. Through gentle practices like movement, breathwork, and body awareness practices, you can explore what you're feeling, release tension you've been carrying, and remember who you are beneath the overwhelm. Your body holds information that your mind alone can't access - this work helps you listen to that wisdom.
